Here at HDNE we strive for great Customer Service.  If on the off chance, you receive a defective or damaged product upon arrival we offer a 14-day return policy. Maintain all original packaging and your receipt and we’ll be glad to assist you with your return. Due to hygiene concerns, if the product has been used we are unable to replace or return the item. We can only return, replace or exchange items that have not been used!! For any questions or concerns please contact us before placing your order.

SHIPPING:
Packages are shipped during business hours, Monday-Friday from our warehouse in West Bridgewater, MA 
Tracking information will be sent when order is processed within 1-2 business days.  
We understand shipping is a hassle. That's why we added additional options! For our International buyers, please understand that some carriers and their options may take longer than traditional International Carriers. Please choose carefully if you would like your order as soon as possible.
